1. PROMOTION DATES

  1. Weather Shield Roofing’s Roof Giveaway submission will be from April 1, 2023 – May 1, 2023.
  2. Must enter by May 1, 2023 5:00 PM CST.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  1. The roofing promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (Except NY and FL) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who live or own a home within a 25 mile radius of Rochester, MN.
  2. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  3. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal. state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the United States, NY and FL, as applicable, and where prohibited.
  4. Winner must provide proof of ownership of the home once selected. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and Weather Shield Roofing will reject and delete any entry that discovers to be false or fraudulent and will disqualify any entry from any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements, and will also delete any entry as required by law.
  5. Roof replacement is for asphalt roofs only.

3. ENTRY

  2. To participate in the free roof giveaway, simply fill out the submission form below.
  3. One entry per person. Multiple entries will not enhance the chances of winning.

4. PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING

  1. Customers will receive a new GAF Timberline HDZ Asphalt Roof up to a $20K value. Roof will come with GAF Qualifying Accessories to fulfill the GAF
    Golden Pledge Warranty.
  2. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the recipient.
  3. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received, as applicable.
  4. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that at Weather Shield Roofing’s sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law. Other restrictions may apply.

5. RECIPIENT SELECTION

  1. The recipient of the promotion will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the giveaway period on May 8, 2023.

6. RECIPIENT SELECTION

  1. Recipient will be notified by phone at the phone number they provide on the entry. Recipient must accept the prize by phone within seven (7) days of notification. Winner must also execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and release, publicity release, within seven (7) days of notification attempt or winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen.
    Weather Shield Roofing is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive phone number, technical difficulties associated therewith, or recipient’s failure to adequately monitor voicemail.
  2. Any recipient notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Weather Shield Roofing.

7. CONDITIONS

  1. Each submission will receive a free roof inspection.
